Shearman & Sterling recently hosted the fifth annual Leveraged Finance Academy at Plaisterers' Hall in London from June 27-28. Partners Iain Goalen (London-Finance), Trevor Ingram and Jacques McChesney (both London-Capital Markets), presented alongside the Capital Markets and Finance associates, discussed “An Introduction to Leveraged Finance” and “Leveraged Finance – Advanced Topics.”
