Partner Brian Burke (New York/Shanghai – Litigation) spoke at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) headquarters in Paris, France for the 6th Cercle de la Compliance Conference on September 27.  Brian presented a “Year in Review” in the area of international anti-corruption enforcement.  His talk was followed by a panel discussion moderated by the General Counsel of the OECD, including speakers from Total, PwC, AB Volvo and Blue Umbrella in addition to Brian.

The event also included sessions on economic sanctions, compliance and risk management issues, including updates on GDPR, innovation in compliance and the importance of whistleblowers.
