Senior associate Jesse Sherrett (Abu Dhabi-International Arbitration) spoke at the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) conference “Recent Trends in Arbitration in MENA” as part of the Dubai Arbitration Week.

The conference provided an overview of the arbitral developments that took place in the MENA region in the last year. It was preceded by a keynote discussion covering the arbitration landscape in the UAE following the enactment of the new Federal Arbitration Law earlier in the summer.
