Partner Alex Bevan (Abu Dhabi-International Arbitration) spoke on the panel “Claims Management in Oil and Gas Infrastructure Projects” at the 4th Annual GAR Live in Abu Dhabi on February 5, 2019.

The panel focused on how to avoid claims at the early stages of a construction project and the best ways to handle them during performance of the contract to avoid escalation of disputes.
