Partner Emmanuel Jacomy (Beijing/Singapore-International Arbitration) spoke at the second annual Mauritius Arbitration Week (MAW) hosted by the MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Center (MARC) from June 10-14, 2019.

MAW 2019 features a series of events, presentations and discussions on hot topics in international arbitration, with a focus on disputes involving China and Africa.

Emmanuel spoke on a number of panels including “Mauritius: A Bridge Between Africa and Asia” on June 10, “Chinese-African BITs: Facing New Challenges” and “Bilateral and Multilateral Investment Treaties - Are They Fit for Purpose?” on June 12.
