Partner Daniel Reich (New York-International Arbitration) welcomed the ‘2018 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules Roadshow’ which took place at Shearman & Sterling’s New York office on June 11, 2019.

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) is one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organizations. This event presented the key features of the new “2018 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules” and included a roundtable discussion in the form of a case study with a panel of legal experts. The panel also discussed recent developments made by the HKIAC to address the latest trends emerging in Hong Kong and Asian disputes.
