Senior associate Paschalis Paschalidis (Paris-International Arbitration) spoke about “The Enforceability of Intra-EU Investment Awards: Achmea and its Developments” at the 63rd UIA (International Association of Lawyers) Congress Luxembourg, on November 7, 2019.
The 5-day conference brought together approximately 1,000 lawyers from around the world to discuss important legal issues. More than 30 working sessions led by international speakers will take place simultaneously.
