Adam Hakki (New York- Litigation), Global Managing Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice and Disputes Unit, and partner Daniel Laguardia (New York and San Francisco- Litigation) participated in the 8th Annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute event on January 29, 2020 at the New York City Bar. The panels included prominent securities litigators, senior in-house counsel at major financial institutions and corporations, nationally recognized trial lawyers, professors of law and economists.

Adam participated in a panel titled “Development in Securities Class Actions,” which included a comprehensive overview of recent trends and cutting edge issues in securities litigation.  Daniel moderated the panel titled “The Current State of Litigation in Delaware,” where panelists discussed recent developments in the Delaware court system, which is particularly recognized in the areas of corporate, business and commercial law.
