Senior associate Dimitrios Katsikis co-moderated a panel at the Center for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration (CIICA) Young Arbitration Group’s webinar “Transformation of Dispute Resolution in Pakistan: Digital Litigation and Arbitration for the Post-COVID-19 World” on June 3.
This webinar was held in connection with a series of webinars planned by the CIICA in Pakistan. The virtual panel explored the potential of, and challenges to, remote dispute resolution with particular focus on Pakistan.
