Senior associate Paschalis Paschalidis spoke on a panel called “Why is Reform Perceived to be Necessary?” at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law and Oxford Institute of European and Comparative Law’s 2nd Joint Biennial Conference on September 25, 2020. Paschalis gave his thoughts in the second session devoted to investor-state arbitration, notably on the reform of Investor-State Dispute Settlement.

The Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law and the Oxford Institute of European and Comparative Law, hosted this second joint biennial online conference on international arbitration in Stockholm. The second edition of this conference was set to highlight the latest developments in international commercial arbitration as well as in investor-state arbitration, with a particular focus on Europe. Two online sessions explored hot topics in both international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
