Counsel Katherine J. Stoller (New York-Litigation) participated in a panel discussion titled “Update on EM Sanctions” organized by the Trade Association for the Emerging Markets on March 18, 2021. The panel was composed of leading legal practitioners in the area of OFAC regulations, and sought to provide a timely update on US and EU sanctions that present challenges to policymakers and to emerging markets investors.
