Partners Philip Urofsky and Brian Burke joined a panel discussion titled “U.S. Regulatory Developments and Trends Under President Biden”, co-hosted by Shearman & Sterling and Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) on March 4, 2021.  The session was moderated by Asia Regional Managing Partner and Head of Greater China Lorna Chen and Vice Chairman of HKVCA, John Levack.
