On June 15, 2021, partner Brian Burke (Litigation-New York) and senior associate Mathew Orr (Litigation-London) joined Nicholas Panes, Daniel Castleman and Cynthia Catlett from Charles River Associates for a webinar titled “The Rise of Global Enforcement: Developing Effective Compliance Strategies in Response.” The panel discussed the rise of the “global” enforcement regime, and how businesses around the world can develop effective compliance policies and investigation protocols in response.
This program has been approved for CLE credit for newly-admitted and experienced lawyers and attendees will receive approximately 1.0 New York Professional Practice credits and 1.0 California General credits. This course has also been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.0 credit hours, of which 0 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
