Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario in connection with a public offering of $2 billion of its 2.000% Bonds due January 30, 2019. Application will be made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the exchange.
