Shearman & Sterling Advises Shopzilla on Acquisition of Connexity

Shearman & Sterling is advising Shopzilla, Inc., a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group, in its acquisition of Connexity, a pioneer in the programmatic media buying and optimization space. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Shopzilla Inc. is a leading source for connecting buyers and sellers online. Reaching a global audience of over 40 million shoppers each month through both its destination websites and affiliate network, Shopzilla connects shoppers with over 100 million products from tens of thousands of retailers, through a portfolio of brands including Bizrate, Beso, Retrevo, TaDa, PrixMoinsCher and SparDeinGeld.

Symphony Technology Group is a technology and services-focused private equity firm.
