Shearman & Sterling Represents Joint Bookrunners on €250m Offering by Darty Financements S.A.S.

Shearman & Sterling represented the joint bookrunners, led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC Bank plc as Global Coordinators, in connection with the offering by Darty Financements S.A.S. of its €250,000,000 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021. The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance existing debt obligations of the group.

Darty is a leading electronics retailer in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. It markets and distributes products through a network of over 400 stores across Europe, as well as through its market-leading websites and mobile applications.
