Shearman & Sterling represented Jefferies, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank as Dealer Managers, in connection with the offer by First Quantum Minerals Ltd, to exchange all of the outstanding 8.75% Senior Notes due 2020 and 7.50% Senior Notes due 2021, issued by Inmet Mining Corporation, now FQM (Akubra) Inc., for its new 6.75% Senior Notes due 2020 and new 7.00% Senior Notes due 2021. The exchange offer completed on 27 February 2014.
