Shearman & Sterling Advises on Broadcom's $600 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as representatives of the underwriters in connection with Broadcom Corporation’s offering of $350 million of its 3.500% Senior Notes due 2024 and $250 million of its 4.500% Senior Notes due 2034.

Broadcom Corporation, based in California, is a global leader and innovator in semiconductor solutions for wired and wireless communications.
