London Capital Markets partner Apostolos Gkoutzinis has had his second legal title published by Cambridge University Press.

His latest publication, Law and Practice of Liability Management: Debt Tender Offers, Exchange Offers, Bond Buybacks and Consent Solicitations in International Capital Markets, published on May 1, guides students and professionals through the complex legal and regulatory requirements applicable to tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations for debt securities, and recent innovations in the structuring, legal techniques and execution of the relevant transactions in international capital markets.

Gkoutzinis's previous book, Internet Banking and the Law in Europe: Regulation, Financial Integration and Electronic Commerce, which examines the institutional and legal framework for online banking services in the single European market, was published by Cambridge University Press in 2006.
