Shearman & Sterling counsel Paul Epstein (New York-Project Development & Finance) was selected to participate on a distinguished panel of 50 judges for the P3 Awards, an inaugural awards series hosted by P3 Bulletin that recognizes innovation in public infrastructure projects.

With awards being given in 12 categories, including Best Road/Bridge/Tunnel Project and Best Rail/Transit Project, more than 80 entries covering projects and companies across North America and Latin America were evaluated. The panel included representatives from state DOTs, developers, contractors, consultants and other advisors identified for their leadership role in the infrastructure/P3 space, including, among others, the California DOT, Meridiam, Skanska, SNC-Lavalin, Plenary, Walsh Group, Ferrovial, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Bank.

The awards ceremony took place on October 23 and was attended by Epstein on behalf of Shearman & Sterling.
