Shearman & Sterling Advises Trend Micro in Acquisition of HP's TippingPoint Business

Shearman & Sterling is advising Trend Micro International in its acquisition of Hewlett-Packard Company's TippingPoint business in a transaction valued at $300 million. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the fourth quarter of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review requirements.
