Shearman & Sterling has expanded its team in Frankfurt with the addition of counsel Anders Kraft, a recognized expert in national and international tax law. Kraft, who comes from Latham & Watkins, will join Shearman & Sterling’s Frankfurt office on October 1, 2015.

A certified tax advisor, Kraft has particular experience in providing tax advice on and developing tax-optimized structures for cross-border and local M&A and private equity transactions, restructurings and financing transactions. His clients include national and international corporations, private equity funds, banks and other financial institutions.
