Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. as sole lead and book-running manager in connection with a $550 million additional issuance of 6.375% senior notes due 2025 by Zayo Group and Zayo Capital.

Shearman & Sterling also advised the initial purchasers in Zayo Group and Zayo Capital’s initial offering in May 2015 of $350 million of their 6.375% senior notes due 2025.
