Shearman & Sterling Advises on Republic of Argentina’s $2.75 Billion Debt Securities Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Incorporated, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as initial purchasers in connection with the offering of US$2.75 billion of debt securities issued in two separate tranches of US$1 billion principal amount of its 6.625% bonds due 2028 and US$1.75 billion principal amount of its 7.125% bonds due 2036.
