Shearman & Sterling advised the joint bookrunners, led by J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura, in connection with Intralot’s offering of €250 million of 6.750% senior notes due 2021 (the “Notes”).

Shearman & Sterling also advised the dealer managers, J.P. Morgan and Société Générale, in connection with Intralot’s tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 9.750% senior notes due 2018. The tender offer was launched concurrently with the offering of the Notes on September 14, 2016 and settled on September 23, 2016. The proceeds from the offering of the Notes were used to purchase senior notes tendered in the tender offer and to redeem any remaining outstanding senior notes following the settlement of the tender offer.
