Shearman & Sterling Advises on $4 Billion Credit Facilities for Mylan N.V.

Shearman & Sterling advised Bank of America, N.A. and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as the joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers, on (1) a $2 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility and (2) a $2 billion senior unsecured term credit facility for Mylan N.V.. The facilities are to be used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes. Bank of America, N.A. is the Administrative Agent under the revolving facility. Goldman Sachs Bank USA is the Administrative Agent under the term facility.

The Shearman & Sterling team included partners Larry Crouch (Menlo Park–Tax) and Simon Letherman (Partner–London); counsel Susan Hobart (New York–Finance); and associates Caleb Chua and William Delamater (both New York–Finance).
