Shearman & Sterling advised Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as an arranger and lender on a $935 million financing for Consolidated Communications, consisting of a $935 million secured incremental term loan B to finance the acquisition of Fairpoint Communications by Consolidated. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association acts as administrative and collateral agent under the existing credit facility.
