Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario in connection with its $2 billion public bond offering. The bonds pay interest at a rate of 2.2% per annum due October 3, 2022. Application has been made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE) for the bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the LSE.
