The Boeing Company’s $1.4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised the underwriters in connection with The Boeing Company’s offering of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $350 million of 2.800% notes due in 2023, $350 million of 3.25% notes due in 2028, $350 million of 3.55% notes due in 2038 and $350 million of 3.625% notes due in 2048.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Mizuho Securities USA LLC acted as joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the offering.
