Shearman & Sterling is delighted to announce that Kenneth Ching has joined its Finance practice as a counsel in Hong Kong to further strengthen its market-leading team in Asia.  

Kenneth has significant experience advising banks, credit funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide variety of debt financings transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, real estate financings, structured financings and restructurings. He has particular expertise in outbound acquisition and leveraged financings into Europe and the U.S.
