Huntington Bancshares Incorporated’s $500 Million Notes Offering and The Huntington National Bank’s $750 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and The Huntington Investment Company as the joint book-running managers in connection with both the 3(a)(2) offering by The Huntington National Bank of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.250% senior notes due 2021 and the registered offering by Huntington Bancshares Incorporated of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.000% senior notes due 2025.
