$355 Million Amended Financing for The Chefs’ Warehouse

Shearman & Sterling advised The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc., as borrower, on a repricing amendment to its existing $355 million term loan facility agented by Jefferies Finance LLC.

The Chef’s Warehouse Inc. distributes specialty food products in the United States and Canada.
