Shearman & Sterling has received seven 2018 PFI Awards, as announced in the Project Finance International Roll of Honour. This builds on the firm’s 2017 success when it received five accolades at the awards. The awards honor high performance and achievement over the past 12 months in the global project finance market.

The firm was recognized for its work on a broad range of global projects during the past year across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa:

• Americas Solar Deal of the Year: Enel Green Power Solar 
• Asia Pacific Power Deal of the Year: Jawa 1 LNG-to-Power
• LatAm Power Deal of the Year: Porto de Sergipe LNG-to-Power
• Middle East and Africa Refi Deal of the Year: Al Dur/Al Ezzel
• Middle East and Africa Turkish Deal of the Year: Canakkale
• Middle East and Africa Oil & Gas Deal of the Year: Energean Oil & Gas
• Middle East and Africa Clean Deal of the Year: Sharjah WtE

The awards will be presented at the 2018 PFI Awards Dinner in London on February 6, 2019.
