Partners Fredric Sosnick (New York- Financial Restructuring & Insolvency) and associates Jordan Wishnew, Sara Coelho, Fay Teloni and Michael Guippone (all New York- Financial Restructuring & Insolvency) were honored for their work on several of the year’s most prominent bankruptcy matters, including: 

• Cross Border Turnaround of the Year (Mid-Markets) for the representation of Fallbrook Technologies during the course of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings 
• Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year (Large) for the representation of Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with the Energy Future Holdings restructuring and sale of Oncor Electric Delivery Company to Sempra Energy  
• Private Equity Acquisition of the Year (Large) for the representation of Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent and collateral agent in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC
• Energy Restructuring of the Year (Large) for the representation of Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent and lender in connection with the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Pacific Drilling N.A.
