Shearman & Sterling received two accolades for Excellence in Equality & Inclusion and Best HR Communication at the HR in Law Awards 2019 in London. 

The Equality & Inclusion award recognized the London office's focus on disability inclusivity initiatives encompassing the needs of people with hidden disabilities. It also acknowledged the improvement in self-declaration rates and significant jump in disabled applicants. 

The Best HR Communication award celebrated the graduate recruitment team's “innovative, high impact and cost-effective communication strategy.”
