Carlisle Companies Incorporated’s $750 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, for which J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities and Wells Fargo Securities acted as representatives, in connection with Carlisle Companies Incorporated’s public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.750 percent notes due 2030.

Carlisle will use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to redeem outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, including paying expenses related to certain acquisitions.
