Shearman & Sterling won “Law Firm of the Year Transportation” at Top Legal Industry Awards Web Edition in recognition of its work on green financing of €1.1 billion for Italo. Shearman & Sterling has earned the attention of the jurors for what has been defined as the deal of the future, in assistance to Italo in the largest green loan ever made in Italy, for a value of over €1 billion.
