Shearman & Sterling represented BofA Securities, Inc., China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, ICBC International Securities Limited and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, as joint-bookrunners, and The Benchmark Company, LLC, as co-manager, in connection with the SEC-registered follow-on offering of 8,500,001 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) representing 4,250,000.5 Class A ordinary shares of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (“iClick”) for a total consideration of $72.25 million (“Offering”). Of the ADSs sold in the Offering, 6,877, 214 ADSs were sold by iClick, and 1,622,787 ADSs were sold by a selling shareholder.

iClick is an independent online marketing and enterprise data solutions provider that connects worldwide marketers with audiences in China. Headquartered in Hong Kong, iClick is currently operating in ten locations worldwide including Asia and Europe.
