Global Law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the appointment of Sanjeev Dhuna as a Leveraged Finance partner in the Finance group, based in London. Sanjeev will lead the team across Europe, alongside Ward McKimm.
Sanjeev has extensive experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex cross-border banking and finance transactions, including acting as lender’s counsel across from top-tier financial sponsors on large-cap leveraged buyouts. As head of direct lending at his current firm, Sanjeev has wide-ranging experience advising credit funds and direct lending clients.
