Shearman & Sterling represented The Bank of Nova Scotia as administrative agent and a lender and Bank of America México, Institución de Banca Múltiple, as a lender, in connection with a $200 million five-year credit facility for Gruma, a sociedad anónima bursátil de capital variable organized under the laws of Mexico, to be used for refinancing certain of Gruma’s existing indebtedness.
