Shearman & Sterling advised Merrill Lynch Canada, Credit Suisse Securities (Canada), Scotia Capital, CIBC World Markets, BMO Nesbitt Burns, National Bank Financial, RBC Dominion Securities and TD Securities, as underwriters, and their respective U.S. affiliates in connection with Triple Flag Precious Metal Canadian initial public offering and concurrent U.S. private placement pursuant to Rule 144A of an aggregate 19,230,770 shares at an offering price of US $13.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$250 million. Triple Flag’s common shares will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canadian dollars under the symbol “TFPM” and in U.S. dollars under the symbol “TFPM.U”.
