Bank of Montreal’s $3.7 Billion Medium-Term Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BMO Capital Markets, BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities, as lead underwriters, in connection with Bank of Montreal’s registered public offering of $1.35 billion aggregate principal amount of its 0.400 percent Senior Notes due 2023, $1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of its 1.250 percent Senior Notes due 2026, $650 million aggregate principal amount of its Floating Rate Notes due 2023 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of its Floating Rate Notes due 2026 under its U.S. medium-term note program.
