Lorna Chen, Shearman & Sterling’s Asia Regional Managing Partner and Head of Greater China, and Anna Chung, partner and Head of the firm’s Seoul office, have been named “Investment Funds Lawyer of the Year” and “Project Finance Lawyer of the Year” respectively at the Euromoney Legal Media Group Women in Business Law Asia Awards 2021. 

This is the third individual award Lorna has won since 2018 – she was recognized as “Best in Investment Funds” in 2019 and “Best in Banking and Finance” in 2018. Most recently, Lorna was also named as “Managing Partner of the Year” by ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2021 and the Women Leaders 2021 list of Highly regarded” lawyers by IFLR1000. 

Most recently, Anna was named in the IFLR Asia Future Leaders list for Banking in South Korea by IFLR1000 and the A-List of Korea’s Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal.
