Jennifer Younan Appointed to ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin Editorial Board

International Arbitration and Public International Law partner Jennifer Younan has been appointed to the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin’s Editorial Board.

The Bulletin is a prestigious e-publication that keeps readers abreast of significant trends and developments shaping the global dispute resolution landscape, as well as explores new ideas about the ways in which dispute resolution services – and dispute prevention services – will evolve in the future.

Covering doctrine, case decisions – including awards and procedural orders – global developments, ICC activities, book reviews and ICC dispute resolution practices and procedures, the publication is an essential resource for practice, study and training. It has a worldwide readership.

A member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and ICC Task Force on addressing issues of corruption in international arbitration, Jennifer has notably participated in several of the largest international disputes submitted to arbitration, securing historic victories for the firm’s clients.

The ICC Bulletin’s Editorial Board has achieved gender parity and comprises 20 dispute resolution specialists from around the world. The ICC is the world’s leading arbitral institution.
