Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the addition of Thad Behrens and Dan Gold as Litigation partners, based in Dallas.

Thad and Dan have extensive experience in commercial and securities litigation, as well as class action defense. They represent public companies, corporate directors and officers, and financial institutions in a wide variety of disputes, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative cases, M&A litigation, tender offer litigation, proxy contests, commercial cases and internal investigations.
