Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario in connection with its public offering of $1.0 billion of its 1.800 percent Bonds due October 14, 2031.  Application has been made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the Bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the LSE.
