Overview
Saralyn Cohen is Pro Bono Counsel and Director of Pro Bono. She directs the firm’s pro bono program globally and provides pro bono legal service to low-income individuals and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling she practiced in thoroughbred racing law, reinsurance law and litigation.
