Yuko Ohba is a consultant in the Corporate Group.
Her practice focuses on litigation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets. Yuko also worked as an associate in the Litigation practice in the New York office from 2017 to 2019. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling in 2013, Yuko practiced Japanese law as an attorney at the Tokyo office of another U.S. law firm.
