Lisa Thompkins is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and a member of the firm’s Energy Industry Group.

She focuses on representation of private equity funds and private and independent companies in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets and companies, formation of joint ventures and various private equity transactions, including portfolio company investments and fund formations.
