Partner Thomas König and counsel Kolja Stehl wrote an article “Private Equity Investments in the Financial Industry – a Regulatory Challenge” which was published by the Financial Yearbook Germany on November 22.

The article deals with the acquisition of financial institutions by private equity sponsors, with a focus on regulatory requirements for the structuring and implementation of such transactions and the approaches taken by the supervisor.
